They are mainly going for the wild horses running wild in the Western states where they are over populated with those horses to begin with. They kill those horses the same way they kill cattle...with a stun gun to the head...like a sharpened bolt. Nothing to it. Run em through the pens, and blam it's over with.

Actually killing horses for meat isn't a new thing. It has happened for years. I have seen the meat buyers at the auctions. Their horse of choice, injured race horses. Younger meat, fairly lean, usually good meat yield per animal.

The only reason we still don't eat humans is because of kuru (look it up). However there is a substitute called hufu, look that up also. Ironically hufu can be found in vegetarian markets.

If you think about it a horse is no different then a cow, deer, moose, karabo, zebra, goat, or sheep. Which all taste yummy. Your just adding emotion to the mix.
