I traveled a lot between manila and US. they are strict about how many kilos or lbs you can have. I usually go underweight by about 2 kilos or so.. just to be on the safe side. I also take the exact # of allowable baggage.. 2 check-ins, 1 carry on, and i also use a backpack (i call it a purse) hehe

thank u so much for this info!!!

are u talking about delta airlines? cause that's the airline we going to use. i'll be leaving this coming Friday or Saturday:D

You POE is the city where you go through US Customs and Immigration, which as far as I know will always be the first city you arrive at in the US. It does not matter where you fly in the US after that.

In other words, the city where you go to a Immigration officer, hand them your passport and I-94, and they stamp it with your entry date and the expiration date for your I-94, that city is your POE.
