Thank you very much  ! My wife has not decided yet when to enter. It looks like it would be happening after January 1st. I will have to drive to Canada and pick her.

By the way, she's picking up her passport with visa and docs today. It has arrived at DHL location (which I've picked-up for her while registering with DHL on-line) near Toronto.

I'm starting to get all the documents ready and in folders today! It's so nerve-racking!!! I don't know whether to keep everything separated into USCIS and NVC or to split them up into smaller folders (there will be a glass that it has to pass through) for bonafide evidence, AOS supporting evidence, etc. Any suggestions?

I've used for my wife accordion-like folder: it was a plastic clear case with bunch of sections, and I manually signed on single stripes of paper what belongs to which section and attached with clear tape. Looked really great and my wife appreciated that.

Good luck at interview  ! Don't think too much about it (like me and my wife did).

Thank you so much for the advice! That was my exact thought last night, using the accordion-like folder! So I think that's how I will organize it! Congratulations on the approval!!!!

Wow! That was fast :wow: ! I still can't locate where my visa packet is. Hmmm! I tried tracking it using my NVC case number but says "invalid". I talked to the courier delivery man (can you believe he's our neighbor?! Haha!), he told me most prolly he'll have my visa delivered by next week. How I wish it could be sooner though! :bonk:

P.S. My flights already booked! Will be leavin January 18th next year.

Hey guys, the day has come! I am off to Paris to see my husband!  Haven't seen him since August. I told everyone here that I am not coming back without him, so let's just hope the interview goes well, or I probably won't have jobs to come home to

Since I'll be in the plane all day tomorrow, someone needs to take over and give JP&BP a big thumbs up on the list if they passed their interview.

Go get them JP&BP! You are in our thoughts and prayers! :innocent:

Thank you so much for all the thoughts and prayers, it warms my heart! And it helped, cause I was approved!!!!

I'm a little late posting cause I spent all yesterday afternoon and night on a train... but it was oh so worth it!

The interview was very easy, my husband got to go in with me. The lady asked about our story, how we met and how it developed and that was it. It took max 7 minutes. The hardest part was without a doubt the waiting... we were early and waited for an hour.

It is such a great feeling to be done with this. Planned POE is on the 29th. I told the lady and she said they were gonna try to get my passport back to me asap. So fingers crossed it will make in on time... they send it by registered mail, so I hope the X-mas mail doesn't slow it down.

I'll write a more detailed review in the embassy forum.

I am so happy and so relieved right now! It's so strange that this long journey almost is over. I never thought I'd see the day

Out of nowhere, I just randomly thought of tracking my case number in 2GO's (commercial courier authorized by the USEM Manila to deliver VISAS) website. In my surprise, it displayed "IN-TRANSIT" (past few days says "INVALID)! I'm about to cry. Tears of joy this time.

I arrived in Paris yesterday. It is so good to see my husband - it has been 4.5 months. GAH what a relief this waiting thing is almost over.

He's taking me skiing today, so we will be back 2 days before the interview. And I am less worried now that you are all getting approved ;)

I'll keep you posted on the 21st. Hugs to all.

This is a good group to be in ;) I'm sure you'll have no problems at all, you'll get approved for sure

Have fun skiing and good luck on the 21st!
