I send NVC an inquiry about our case today using my yahoomail account and my fiance's account but no reply from them. with my excitement to learn updates from our case. I called NVC using my Hello smart IDD. 2.50 pesos per minute. with my 30 pesos load I was able to get my case number

Dial 1-603-334-0700

press 1 for english

press 5 to speak to an operator

then took me around 8 minutes of rings and voice messages/instructions.

just be patient and ignore them. wait for the human to answer. hehehe

give the USCIS receipt number

operator will ask for you and fiance names and date of births

then operator will give details about the two of you and you just have to confirm if they are right.

then he will ask what he can do for you.

ask whatever you like to ask them about your case. (date it arrived, manila case number, date it leaves NVC)

the operator told me our case just leave NVC today and on its way now to USEM manila.

im so excited.

question, if my fiance's salary meet the required 125% above poverty line, does he still needs to fill out the question # 7 of the I-134 affidavit of support?

Yes, he needs to fill up the first part of question 7 which tells about his employer. He also needs to fill up the part about his annual income. He can skip the parts which ask for bank amounts and mortgages, etc.
