Has anyone noticed time of day for NOA2 approvals?

I've never seen this topic discussed, but then maybe I missed it. I'm watching to see if we'll get our NOA2, (or maybe an RFE) soon. Does USCIS 'close' at a particular time? ie after offices close at the CSC should I not expect anything until the next day, at the earliest, or do they keep working at nite? Has anyone ever gotten their approval 'after hours' from CSC?

TucsonBill,

I do not know what CSC's exact operational hours are, but I am sure that CSC does not work 24 x 7.

With that said, the late night approvals are auto-released by their computer. Expect anything at any time.

I work for TSA as a IT Engineer... and if they operate like we do then they release file updates to a DMZ server that is not on their local network.

In laymens terms previous is correct and it would be in batches maybe every 2 hours for example, so touches could get posted in the PM when there are no staff actually working.

03/03/06 - First met in Manila

05/23/06 - "First" visit for 1 week

07/02/06 - Second visit for 1 week

09/01/06 - Third visit for 1 week, engaged

09/22/06 - FedEx I-129F packet copy to CSC

09/25/06 - Received at CSC by N. Tan

09/27/06 - NOA 1 mailed

10/01/06 - Touched

10/04/06 - Received NOA 1
