Well we had our interview 2 hours ago. she looked at our pictures and complained we were her 13th interview and said see yah later, never told us anything about approval or denial. Dumb ###### chick, what a waste of time and worry. Now we dont know anything of where our lives are.

Don't go nuts like I did for similar circumstances. Unless there was a problem, you may see a welcome notice email in the next day or so - (maybe even tonight - what happened in my situation, welcome notification after midnight).

Check your status online and check often.

Yeah, it is a lot of worry for nothing, getting things together to go to the dam interview - and pffft.. nothing approved, or denied... just fill in your own blanks and go home.

ps: just ask... good question. This is a very intimidating procedure and while you're there, the only thing you think of is that they don't ask for something you have or bring up red flags. Then you do what they tell you to do. After you walk out you realize you should've... but didn't. And now it's wait and see.

If their interviewer was anything like the people my husband spoke with several times about the EAD at our local immigration office, they probably didn't have the chance to ask an important and civil question. My husband was so frustrated because he tried to ask a final question and they just got up and walked away- there was no way to actually ask anything.

Yeah I did try asking and I also asked why she didn't take the cards or stamp the passport, she said because she didn't make a decision yet and then started saying her card would arrive in about three weeks. She was young and probably new, its really frustrating but hopefully everything will be ok.

Still no case update, not even touched and its a week now........ starting to worry about this, after all of this ####### we deserve to know something one way or another. As if there is not enough in life to worry about.

Nick'N'Nat it could take a few weeks to hear anything. If you go pass 30 days then I would start inquiring.
