Congratulations! (F)

We got touched 2 days after status change and online approval notice once again too.

I guess that meant the case is done for them and they got it ready to send it off to the National Service Center.

Unfortunately it still hasn´t arrived in New Hamphire to this day yet. We just will keep calling every day to find out when it finally will get there.

Are they sending it forward by snail mail or do they collect a whole bunch of approvals and send them forward once or twice a month only???? Well, everything takes a little bit longer with CSC obviously.

You are jumping the gun calling the embassy without an NOA2 but it's your choice.

Interviews are a gimme I don't know what you're talking about. The approval is NOT a gimme.

It's the National Visa Center, not Service Center.

Petitions do take some time to get there & some time to leave as well, they do send in batches.

Hey Devilette, I said "impression" of gimme... She actually got to talk to one of the interviewers. Proof of relationship is pretty easy. We lived together for 4 months before the United States military moved me back Stateside. Affidavit of support should be pretty simple. I get my paycheck from the same taxpayers. Just have to stand in line with everyone else and hope there aren't any RFE's or things of that nature.

She was pretty impressed with the cordiatity of the embassy folks. They treated her extremely well. Especially considering she didn't even have NOA2 yet. Was more of a fact finding "mission".

My case hasn't been touched since I received the approval update. I hope that doesn't mean they haven't sent it to NVC yet!!!

me too. But I guess not everyone gets "touched" again afterwards. It has been 3 weeks though, and still not at NVC. It does make me worry a little. But what would this process be, if I didn't have somethign to worry about?

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!
