Hello again VJ'ers,

I have yet another question, My Birth Certificate has the name of my Mother but not the name of my father. Should I include him in my i-129 and g-325?? or will that raise a red flag?

The reason for this I do not know, as far as I know my father has always been my father and was there when I was born (pics prove this. I have used this BC to obtain my Drivers lisence, passport, brazilian and bolivian Visa, social security card, and plan on using this for the k-1 visa.

Thanks!

My birth certificate did not have my father's name and I have never met my father but I was told to put his name (because I knew it) on the form. Our form was approved and it did not raise any red flags.

ok so the name is fine, what about his birthday, place of birth, and place or residence?
