Hello All,

I'm a US Citizen and applying for my parents to immigrate. On 6/18/2011, I got letter through mail stated that my I-130 had been approved and my cases had been sent to NVC. After 1 month (7/18/2011), I didn't hear anything from NVC, so I called NVC, they said they just received my cases about two days ago and was about to inputted into the system. About 7/20/2011, I called NVC to get my Case number, and I asked my parents to submit Choice of Agent from through email. No response still. Then I called them again, and asked for Invoice number, I got Invoice number, and I was gonna pay online. Then error msg was saying my cases couldn't be found. And I call NVC again, they told me that my cases haven't been unlock yet. And they haven't start to process any cases yet. Now it's already 8/12/2011. I still didn't hear anything from them. Do you guys know what's wrong with them? Do they actually work? Does anyone encounter similar situation?
