got appointment letter for CDJ HELP!

We got our appointment to bring my grandparents to the U.S they have their appointment on Sept.2nd, but they said i have to bring the confirmation of the DS-260 but i accidentally deleted the email of where i had it and i tried calling the consulate, NVC and everyone keeps telling to call the other. I am getting no where with them and i am worried my grandparent won't be able to do their appointment because we are missing that document. Has someone been through this or is that for really needed. I feel so stressed about it.

You should be able to log back onto the site where you filled out the DS-260 and re-print the confirmation page.

I actually tested out first before replying. Even though I'm now in the US, I was still able to log in and access my DS-260.
