How to expedite an EAD or I-765

Hi guys. I've noticed here on vj, that some of u have requested to expedite ur I-765. I wanted to know how exactly can i do that. My husband got his biometrics done on August 03, 2011 and we don't know how long it will take for him to receive his EAD card in the mail. We have not received any notice from USCIS yet. I know it takes patience, but my husband wants to work already, and i know some people here don't receive their cards for up to 3 months or so. I hope that will not be our case. I know some of u only waited less than a month. anyway, i just wanted to know how to we request to expedite my husbands EAD application. what are the steps?? thanks even advance!

You collect the proof for the expedite and then call them and they tell you to mail/fax the proof.

You need good proof of urgency for the EAD to get the expedite granted.

The answer to your question? Wait in line and be patient as everyone else is.

Did you get to expedite your EAD? Or the EAD was approved Without you lifting a finger? I was hoping to file a request to expedite my EAD but was worried that I might get rejected and they would delay the processing of it instead of expediting it.
