Congratulations

IS this a spouse or fiance visa? Either way you still need to go through the NVC in order to get an interview date . If you filed an I-130 it looks like you have a CR1 petition which makes it impossible to have an interview date assigned and skip NVC alltogather. If you did not get your NOA1 you should have deffinitly received the NOA2 ( text, email and/or hard copy)

Good Luck

Sorry, but there is something wrong. It looks like you skipped at least 2 steps in the process, which is not possible for an IR1/CR1...or is there some other kind of visa begins with an I-130 petition that completely skips NVC?

Yes! I'm a brazilian and my husband has a brazilian permanent visa, I filled the petition in Sao Paulo, and they send it to Rio de Janeiro, which they send to USA :)

I'm chocked how fast it was :) And all the other doc I have to show in my interview, I don't have to send my I-864 to them, just show it with me :)

I'm sooo happy guys!

That doesnt sound right. USCIS is notorious for sending the wrong emails or getting other case numbers mixed up. I would call them and give them your case number to be sure. If you sent in your case to USCIS a few weeks ago then that does not look like an approval notice for an I-130.

Well after the OP "clarified" what it actually was, it makes a little more sense. But in your years of experience, does that look like a USCIS I-130 petition approval?
