Hi, Nida had her P O E in SFO airport 2 weeks ago, she had no problems at all, only asked the basic questions, i am sure you wont have any problems either, she didnt have to pay any additional fees, but i think that may depend on your ticket/airline, so i suggest you call and confirm this with PAL, good luck and congratulations!!!

thats the SFO reviews, that can help ur sister..

and about travel tax, since she already paid for it and ticket was purchased in the phils, she doesnt have to pay again in the airport..it will be reflected on the system already..so it will be the terminal fee which is 750 that she needs to pay..

My husband came through SFO. He spoke almost no English. The immigration officer was very kind and even allowed him to call me on my cell phone when he didn't understand one of the questions. The officer reassured me that everything was fine and that he would be out soon. It was a very good experience!
