Documentary proof

Hello,

I and my fiancee have a very important doubt about Documentary proof, we met each other on December 2009 when i was in USA, I came back to brazil by march 2010, since I came back we dind't stop to call each other and text each other, but the situation is, our calls was from several difrents ways, like softwares found online that allow you to call other country fro 5min free or the recently fount one hour per call for free

That means that we don't have the phone bill, just the text messages bill, WHAT CAN I DO TO SHOW USCIS THAT we've been text each other every single day? ( I have the cellphone which all the texts since september that my fiancee sent to me is saved, i mean )

If you have any idea that can help me please do it, i'll be very greatful

Do you have any emails, cards, chat logs, letters? I just put a few emails in ours and copies of a couple of cards. The main thing they want to see is you actually met in person flight tickets and photos. You can put together more prove while you are waiting for USCIS to approved your petition for the interview.

You need to prove you MET IN PERSON. Phone calls and texts do not do that and no records of those are needed for anything to do with USCIS.

Attach evidence you were in the USA to meet him in person. Boarding passes for your flight, passport stamps and a couple photos of you together is all you need for the petition.
