Hi to all VJ's:

I am now trying to organize the documents I need..and do have concerns about he I-134 Affidavit of support" Here are some info's I need:

1. Should the I-134 be notarized? how about the other documents attached with this form? like the w2, ITR, and the recent pay stubs?

2. My fiancee is having a headache as to who will sign the letter of employment as he is working with the federal gov't. Will it be ok if he just send me his employment data record? it states there anyway his position, start date at work, current status at work, and salary.

Are there more documents we need which is a must with this affidavit?

Thank you all!

You do not need to get the I-134 or the documents notarized.

The employment data record sounds like it has all the info on it that is needed. He might want to send in a few months worth of pay stubs too.

no need to notarized the I-134 just let your fiance signed it. from my experience CO took my 2009 & 2010 ITR, W2s & letter from employer (your fiance's data record looks fine, they didnt get the paystubs but would be safer if you bring it along with you too; goodluck
