I want to whine too! I want my husband to come home and stop deploying all the time it sucks that he is gone over 200 days out of the year . Hes barely been with me since I moved here and we got married!

edit to add: not to mention the fact hes missing our wedding anniversary!

You mean your case isn't in the online system? You should have the USC petitioner call USCIS and ask the person you need to speak to a tier 2 officer. The tier 2 guys have computer access and tell you at least if your case is in the system or not and if there are any updates. Good luck!

LOL okay.. I have been waiting 8 business days for NVC.. if i count the hours, holy ####### I'll go crazy They messed with us saying that our petition was coming to Brazil already, and the next 7 times they said don't even know about our petition

Last operator on NVC, said to call this week, so yea.. I WANT MY CASE #!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah haven't seen my woman since end of August last year but I'll see her in September when I finally get to bring her and the dog to America, first met her 9 years ago and its about time!!! ummm..... geez... 15 months????? sounds like you are having an elephant and not a baby.... unless of course your baby is being born then the USCIS visa process.....
