Not really. Saudi Arabia has different classifications for crimes, different burdens of proof etc. If someone is executed or mutilated there, they were a criminal in the eyes of Saudi law. Whether we would classify those people as criminals is another matter.

Was the guy wrongfully convicted? Who knows, but that doesn't seem to stop people applauding the sentence as JUSTICE. There are people out there with no moral sensibilities at all.

There are none so blind as those who will not see. For your edification, I'll explain it. You stated that that beheadings count as murders. Your compatriot questioned my point then acquiesced to the argument I made which is that using our justice system is the gravamen sufficient to justify execution. If it is, then it isn't murder, if not then it may be argued that it is.
