Hi everyone! I am new to this site and I just wanna ask about AOS, I am a petitioner, to file the AOS whose gonna fill that form? me or my husband? My income is not enough to support. Im petitioning my mother...Thanks! God bless

Hi there, you still will have to file a I-864 even if your income is 0 and you will need to find a second sponsor that in this case could be your husband as long his income is above the poverty line. You can find more information regarding AOS having a look into USCIS site at AOS or form I-864.I'm not a senior member that maybe could give you a bigger explanation but I think that will give you something to start reading.

Best of luck.
