Who so ever got approval of NOA2 in last week of june & 1st week of july of IR1/CR1 form? Did their case reached at NVC?Pls share..

8-22-2011- DS-3032 Email sent

8-24-2011- DS-3032 mail accepted

8-25-2011- Received Bill & Paid for I-864

8-28-2011- Received Bill & Paid for DS-230

8-29-2011- Paid status for I-864

8-30-2011- Paid status for DS-230

9-02-2011- I-864 Delivered At NVC

9-06-2011- DS-230 Mailed

9-08-2011- I-864 Approved

9-08-2011- DS-230 delivered at NVC

11-10-2011-Interview date!!!!!!!!!12-13-2011

Approved last june 24. Been waiting for weeks now. My case has not arrived at NVC yet.

3.17.2011 - filed for I-130

3.24.2011 - I-130 NOA1 received

5.19.2011 - filed for I-129f

5.24.2011 - I-129f NOA1 received

6.24.2011 - I-129f NOA2 received (APPROVED)

6.24.2011 - I-130 NOA2 received (APPROVED)

7.26.2011 - NVC received; Case Number and IIN received; gave email address; DS 3032 Sent

7.27.2011 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid (In Process)

7.28.2011 - AOS appears PAID

8.01.2011 - IV FEE invoiced and paid (In Process)

8.03.2011 - AOS sent ~~>received (8.5); APPROVED (8.15)

8.10.2011 - IV Packet sent ~~>received (8.12); APPROVED (8.19)

8.19.2011 - SIF

8.26.2011 - Interview date assigned (10.5)

8.30.2011 - Received interview package by email

9.05.2011 - Medical exam: passed (9.6)

alot of people that have been approved in the first 2 weeks of june are getting their NVC numbers, i think you guys should be getting them in the next week or so.

I would suggest going to the immigration timelines database, selecting California, then sort by NOA2 receive.. You will see 8-10 pages of people who have their NOA2 and still waiting for NVC receive.

The latest dated California NOA2 to get to NVC receive is 2011-06-15 (received yesterday). Since early June NVC has progressively fallen farther and farther behind for California NOA2s (Vermont still seems to be in the 5 days and under range). California is currently pumping out NOA2s at twice the rate they are sending them to NVC... So at the current rate if you received your NOA2 on July first you can expect the NVC will receive it in late August or early September.

Hopefully they will speed it up and reverse the trend soon.
