Hey Guys just a quick question....Darrell received the packet 4 letter today :o) ... I still haven't received my yet though...:o( .. Darrell also received another letter dated 07/07/2011 that states I need to send a photo copy of my passport biographical page .. I guess I forgot to include it ... grrr :o( ... The only thing is that they said I could send it at no extra charge but I have to go to DHL and of course the closest DHL is 2 hours away... Do you think I can just send it to the same address that I sent packet 3 to (D'Youville Montreal)??? Also in the packet 4 letter it says that I will need to bring in my "appointment letter, with the date and time" to the interview... Does that mean that I will be getting a letter with the date and time of my scheduled interview ?? This is the first I've heard of this I thought it was just packet 4 that was needed... Thanks Guys/Gals!

Hey Guys just a quick question....Darrell received the packet 4 letter today :o) ... I still haven't received my yet though...:o( .. You don't get a letter with your interview date. You have to go to this website http://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/ss_country_welcome and register and book an appointment online. Congrats on getting your Packet 4!

I know that when you initially mail Packet 3 you don't have to use DHL but for an RFE I'm not sure. Odd that they approved your packet 4 when they wanted something else from packet 3. You probably don't have to use DHL although I'm not sure if they want you to.

Edit: The email you get when you book your interview is the "appointment letter." http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/319549-interview-letter/ Although I'd bring packet 4 too just to be safe!

Yesterday my fiance in the US received packet 3, packet 4 along with a 3rd letter asking for 2 passport photos. The closest DHL location with no additional fee is also 2 hours away from me, I just sent it through my local DHL courier and paid the fee to be on the safe side.

Yes I sent it to the same address and attached a cover sheet with my case and reference number. I have not received any documents (pkt 3 or 4)to my Canadian address but was authorized by DOS to book my appointment on Monday even with this missing information

Excellent! We are in the same boat... I got the go to book an interview from DOS on July 8th :o) .. I have my interview scheduled for Sept 7th in Montreal :o) ... Still haven't received Packet 3 or 4... and Darrell(petitioner) has only received packet 4 and that letter asking for Biographical page... Still no packet3 .. LOL

OMG I keep making this face :o) ... when I really want to make this face :) .. Sorry!!!

Congrats on getting an early September date!!! I was on vacation last week so i wasn't able to call DOS but I'm really hoping that some earlier dates become available since our wedding is October 22nd and my current Interview date is October 19th. I would love to have a legal ceremony on Oct 22nd after this whole process!
