Fiance visa package. Should be opened?

Hi, I just picked up my DHL package with my passport, fiancé visa, etc. I remember reading in the past that there is a package that cannot be opened until you are at POE. My question is- is that package inside the DHL package or is it the whole DHL package itself that I cannot open? Thanks in advance to anyone who recently received theirs that can help!

inside the DHL package they should have a separate large envelope stamped with DO NOT OPEN.

I believe you can open your DHL package and there should be your passport and a sealed brown/orange envelope, which is the one you should not open:) You hand it to an officer at your POE.

You cannot open the brown envelope from the embassy. You can open the package to get your passport and visa but not the brown envelope because this might make a problem on your POE! Congrats and good luck to your POE!

Thank you guys. I just opened it and yes there is a yellow folder inside the DHL package that is the one that must not be opened.
