My case update: We have submitted everything we could think of that would help our case on Monday by Marc Ellis. C/O told him that we will received something from them within the next two weeks. Praying this is a good sign :-)

That's the "obvious" reason why your case is approved! I highlight this in case other people missed the fine print. I'm not endorsing any lawyer in particular but your case probably wouldn't have such desirable outcome w/o that attorney's intervention.

@ Diiem Kieu: Totally agree with you. We used agent office before and they only know how to fill out the forms, that's about it. Their fee is almost the same as lawyer's. In my opinion, hiring the right attorney in the first place will save you time and money.
