Payment Portal Glitch??

So here I am at the NVC... I paid my AOS fee of 88 dollars and actually submitted my I-864EZ form last night!

Issue is... I've seen for over 24 hours now a "Pay Now" next to the IV packet fee (the one for 404 dollars). BUT - When I click on it... it brings me to the page that says my payment is PAID for the AOS fee and below that where the information for the IV packet should show, its all blank!

Is this normal? I would imagine that the "Pay Now" link wouldn't work (like it didn't when I first logged in) until everything was ready to pay?

(Perhaps they need to process the I-864ez packet first? I did send it electronically after I filed for and received confirmation of Electronic Processing.)

Any experience would be great!

I am sure you will get a better answer from someone who had gone through this process. But the AOS track and IN track doesn't depend on each other - meaning the I-864 processing has nothing to do with the DS-230 processing.

However the DS-3032 needs to be submitted, accepted and entered in the NVC system before the DS-230 bill can be generated. Your timeline doesn't indicate sending DS-3032. So I guess that is the issue.

I don't do a DS-3032 - I do a DS-261 (electronic version of 3032), and that has been accepted. I got the E-Mail already saying I was appointed Agent! =S Frustrating, lol...

But yes, I do remember now (how silly of me) that there are two complete separate tracks at NVC! Still.. I wonder how it works or if this is really a glitch and I should be seeing something when I click "Pay Now" =S

Yep, Canadians file electronically - my bad. Since your DS-261 has been accepted and entered into the NVC system, it is best call them and discuss this issue.

Well called the NVC, lady nicely explained to me that they JUST got my choice of agent form yesterday and to give it 1-3 days for that site to update. When I explained to her why I was calling (being able to click on Pay Now but nothing seeming to change) she didn't seem to care much, but did elicit a "Humm.." lol. Either way its weird as I already received an email stating I am her "agent" but... whatever =P I guess I'll give it a few more days! =D
