I just received my NOA2 letter in the mail and it states that they list the Consulate they are sending our application to...the problem is there isn't a Consulate listed. I called USCIS and the lady told me to go online to the state where I can get the number... she also said that I can call the Consulates in Nigeria to see who has it.. Should I call NVC in the morning...if so should they give me a number so my fiance can go ahead and do the medical?

02/08/2012 AOS Application Sent.

02/14/2012 NOA Hard Copy Received for EAD and AOS in mail 2/14/2012.

03/01/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 3pm on 03/29.

03/29/2012 Successful Biometrics. In & out only 20 mins.

04/03/2012 Received text and email of EAD card production.

04/05/2012 Received text and email of EAD card mailed.

04/06/2012 Received EAD Card.

ok... is there another letter I am missing besides the NOA2?...How do i get packet 3 and 4 for my fiance? and should he go ahead and do the medical...if so what do he need?

Lagos will email pkt3 and pkt4 to you or him whichever email address they have on file. He can wait until he receives the email to do the medical because you will have plenty of time between receiving the email and the actual interview date. They will send everything he needs to do the medical in the email...No worries you will have plenty of time good luck :thumbs:

Mar 28, 2011 Received txt/email saying card production has been ordered. (1month 3eeks 3days)

Mar 28, 2011 Received 2nd txt/email saying we have registered this customer permanent residence status

Mar 29, 2011 Received 3rd txt/email says card production has been ordered.

April 1, 2011 greencard and welcome letter in hand!!
