Hey everyone, i have a question i file a I-30 case for(VAWA) with my mothers last year ending. The time line went well for my mother she got approved in 13month. As for me they said they sent me denial notice due to not responding to their RFE for my case. The thing is my lawyer and i never recieved this RFE in the mail. So when we recived this it was a shocker..Regardless my lawyer and i filed a motion to reconsider(appeal) due to a mailing error. They recived the motion to appeal on April 22, 2011..its taking a while..so my question is how long does it take for them to a final disision and resume my case?

P.S.I'm worried HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE WHO BEEN THROUGH THIS CAN HELP....
