Im so happy to share this good news with y'all! my case was completed on June 17th, 2011 and today my attorney received a letter saying the interview is scheduled on August 8, 2011 in HCMC! so afterall, the NVC schedule interviews not only on second week of every month....it only took a lil more than a week for us!

good luck to those waiting for the interviews too!

My case was received by NVC on May 31 and my priority date is Feb. 1. Wow I think I have to wait a pretty long while for my wife to get an interview since your priority date is way back in Sept. and mine in just in Feb. When was your case approve by USCIS???

My case was received by NVC on May 31 and my priority date is Feb. 1. Wow I think I have to wait a pretty long while for my wife to get an interview since your priority date is way back in Sept. and mine in just in Feb. When was your case approve by USCIS???

i received RFEs both from USCIS and NVC which casued the delay, my petition arrived at NVC back in February, and we received RFE in May, after about a month case closed, and got the interview after 7 business days.
