Do you have a written job offer? Usually job offer becomes official only once it is given to you in writing. I hire people in my company all the time and I never experienced job offer without offer letter. Can you ask for offer letter?

The problem is, USCIS isn't going to simply take your word for it. You need some sort of proof that you have a job offer

Have you asked them for something? And e-mail offering you the job? A contract?

Good luck

If there is no offer letter this means this is not a firm offer. Thus USCIS will not take it a s a proof of you needing expedited EAD and will deny expedited service. You will just go through a regular one. It is not that long anyway.

the recruiter stated that i was a good candidate for the job but they didnt to get involved with USCIS so they are not willing to have written in paper ..my fear is not to get denied since my interview is next month, but for the expedite request to have a negative affect in the interview or the normal EAD processing time. i hope not :(

If you are dealing with a recruiter, it sounds like the job isn't firm yet. Do you have an offer letter from the company?

Being a good candidate for a job isn't the same as actually getting the job

Good luck
