I am new to this.. Here is my questions:

My boyfriend would like to take me with him. He is an American citizen. We decided to take a fiancee visa process. I would like to know if he is qualified to file a visa for me. What are those requirements for him that he is applicable to take me?

If you already have spent time together with your boyfriend in the Philippines and he is single, he should be qualified to file a petition for you. Make sure to take pictures and save your conversation (emails, chats) - you'll need this when applying for a visa.

You need to be legally available to be married

Have met within the past 2 years

Able to provide valid proof of such

Prepared to marry within 90 days of arrival in the U.S. following approval of your K1 Visa.

It starts with the I-129F, which your fiance needs to complete and submit to the USCIS. (All details in the info at the top of page.... examples of completed forms are there too).
