I-751 July 2011 Filers

I'm filing either Friday July 8th or Monday July 11th. My GC expires on August 26th. Cutting it a little too close because of some money issues.

Anyway, here are my docs... let me know what you think.

Copy of Birth Cert of our son.

Trailer title in both our names

Copy of bills (his, mine and our names)

Bank Statements (our names)

MAYBE two affidavits from our close friends

Pictures of the three of us (son, me and hubby)

will these be enough?

Hi - we'll be filing tomorrow, just as soon as we collect the last few photos and a new copy of our lease. My husband's GC expires on 9/29.

Our docs:

-lease in both names

-joint tax returns for '09 and '10

-bank statements from joint checking account

-car insurance notices (in his name, both listed as drivers)

-travel documents (bought plane tickets online) for a trip this summer

-our daughter's birth certificate

-photos, but not many, unfortunately. We've been too successful at avoiding the camera!

I hope that will be enough. We don't want to bother anyone for affidavits if we don't have to, and we don't have life insurance.

Christian & Erika

10/10/06 - We meet in an online forum.

4/23/07 - We are officially a couple. <3

7/17/07 - First meeting in person - Rochester NY (several visits back and forth follow).

12/15/08 - Our daughter, Annika, is born.

4/1/09 - Christian comes to visit on the VWP (5th visit to US, POE is Newark, no hassles).

5/26/09 - We get married! Small wedding, planned in a month, but very nice. :)

Hey guys... quick question:

If I have a K2 child that filed with me, do I fill out only one 751 and list him under 'children' or do I have to fill out a whole separate form for him?

I know it's one filing fee and two biometrics fees I need to include, but I'm not sure about the form.

Thanks :)

So, is the Vermont service center just a bunch of monkeys or something? I see people that have filed in January and still haven't gotten approvals yet from Vermont? Does that mean I might not even have a response on this til after Christmas? LOL.

LOL! I was wondering that too. I looked at the previous month filers and you are correct, CSC is kicking VSC's butt!

I wonder how long it will take them to approve us July filers, a year? Oh boy, hope NOT!:whistle:
