We both went yesterday, me and Paul at Taft. ave. malate manila for the CFO 12noon seminar start at 2:00pm.-4:00pm I think were 7 there 3 US, 1 Germany,3 Japan 2 k1 fiance(e) it was me and the lady petitioned from Germany and the rest married already.. they're so nice there the lady are so smiley and joker so we were laughing and advise what to do once we enter to the airport and share some abused filipina but she didn't try to scare us... thank God! I passed ... so happy now just waiting for my visa.. GOOD LUCK!! to everyone...

its just a seminar, they will really give all the applicants a certificate and sticker coz its a philippine mandatory. they will just tell you during the seminar that some will pass and others not, and it depends, actually its not true, coz CFO really intends to issue those certificates and stickers for as long as we attended a seminar, its just an intructions or directions of the POE and telling us some situations in the U.S... im done with mine too and nothing to worry wether you will pass or not. coz they will really issue that coz its a mandatory.

yes lahat nang filipino na pupunta sa ibang bansa needs CFO seminar..my fiancee is a fil-am too..but still, kasi tayo naman ang aalis e...just research CFO you can find the exact location there.

rain,i wanna ask..do you have any idea if i can go to any of the cfo seminar centers for stickers?

i attended the cfo last may 23 and i have already the certificate and am still waiting for our visa.

my visa is delayed bcoz the CO requested for me to send him an NBI with AKA from my previous marriage.and they got the requested doc.lasy june 13..and am waiting until the end of this month.

i hope it will be released this month.my daughter and i are already well prepared for the trip so as my fiancee is ready to buy our tickets...

Hey it's Paul ... that was a question we had. Because Rain lives in the South we hoped she could do the Seminar in Manila while there for the interview and then pick up the sticker in Cebu. Typical of the Philippines, Cebu CFO says Yes, you can just pick up the sticker there .. but then Manila CFO (Prism) says you must return to Prism for their sticker. We had a similair experience with just going to Prism and the required documents - so we just showed up with what we had and got in. I suggest calling (multiple times) and getting the names of who you spoke with. All the best to you.
