Hi guys,

I just completed an electronic Ar-11 change of address. I received my confirmation number but when I went to try and print it out I just get a message saying that the information entered does not match an Electronic AR-11 form in the system, even though everything I entered is correct. Should I fill out the AR-11 again??..

I don't know what format the AR-11 receipt is in, but the USCIS website is very picky about entering the number correctly, i.e. it won't recognise msc123456789 if the receipt number is MSC123456789. Make sure your upper/lower cases match.
