I'm sorry, I thought it was Weiner who claimed it did come from his hacked account.

Did the pic come from his account.... isn't that worthy of investigation by any serious reporter?

Who was the Republican not long ago sending out cell phone pics of himself with his shirt off?

That seemed to get plenty of Media interest. and that was just a pic of a guy with his shirt off.

All I am saying is, this situation needs to be thoroughly investigated... Don't you agree?

they're saying it came from his verified account. so yes its news worthy when a congressman's account gets hacked.

Since when do we require the proof of innocence in this country? Maybe that's a story. The right wanting to repeal the principle of innocent until proven guilty. Of course, wanting to repeal it only when it hurts the other side of the aisle. Never for them and theirs. Get outta town, man.

So far, he has not denied the picture is of his bits, so we are led to the conclusion that the picture was on his PC, the picture was sent from his account and we only have his word that his account was hacked.

Right now, the "evidence" stacks up against him, unless he can prove that his account was hacked.

If he did send the photo via twitter, it's got to be one of the stupidest things he's probably ever done in his life. He was a life long bachelor before marrying last year. It does seem odd that he'd send this girl the photo without any other communications trail between the two, but then it also seems unlikely that someone would be able to hack into his account and choose this girl to send the photo to. I don't think Weiner is being as honest and forthright as he could be, but that's just my hunch.
