hi ,

I need help, I just become a US citizen and i want to petition my parents but I have 6 siblings and the 3 are 17 and younger is there a way they can come with my parents when i petition them with I130?

Each person needs a separate petition and fees. Mom and dad take about a year and siblings take 10 years or more. Parent can petition children under 21 . The fastest route is petition parent , let parent petition siblings. One parent can come first then petition children while the other stays behind to care for them

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

The only way to bring them all at the same time is to apply for your siblings now, then in 10+ years, when their priority dates are ready, apply for your parents.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
