purchasing ticket going to the Philippines

hi! the following questions are for Pinays that already had a vacation to the Philippines

im about to purchase a ticket going to the Philippines, what i have is a passport (maiden name),driver's license (married name), 2 year green card visa (married name),and a credit card (married name on it).

so here is my question:

- how did u purchase ur ticket? -i will be purchasing my ticket using my credit card which has my married name on it, so it needs to match with my name on the ticket, right? but how about my passport,it will not be the same on the plane ticket since i will use my married name on it. will it be a problem?

you're right, purchase your ticket using your married name. You can take a copy of your marraige certificate just in case they ask for it, but you shouldn't have any problems.

I was under the impression that tickets always have to match the passport. The airline will check your passport with the name on the ticket. any name or person can buy the ticket.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
