Hi y'all,

Do I have to pay the $88 fee for I864, if its filed along with my I485 and I130??Im adjusting based on marriage to a USC. I found an old thread about this topic but it was from 2008,and I'm not sure if anything has changed since...is there any fee at all for a I864a?

Thank you all

Luckily these days all you have to pay is the I130 and I485 fees plus biometrics which still amounts to $1490. I have a question for you though. I know this is not the topic of this thread but I really need some help. I am from BG as well and just got married to a USC. Did you and if so how did you change your last name on your passport to your husband's? I am debating on if i should start on that now and try to deal with the consular services, power of attorneys to file paperwork v obshtinata i ministerstvoto na vanshnite raboti (always a hassle)or wait till we can go to BG and get married there as well and then change my last name and apply for a change of my green card. Thank you for your help hon!
