Hi everyone!

Our petition was approved today, so now fiance and I are not sure whether we need a co-sponsor or not for the I-134 at the Consulate stage..

The 125% of poverty line are $18,387 for a 2 person household this year. My fiance's tax returns for the last 3 years are $19,300 (2008), $23,400 (2009) and $19,300 (2010).

So he is always at least $1,000 above the 125%. Do you guys think we will be fine?

I will be going through the Frankfurt Consulate in Germany.

Current income would be $19,300, as in 2008 and 2010.

That would meet the requirement. Document it with an employer letter and recent paystubs and you should be ok.
