Hello,

can someone help me please what to fill out in the form G325 for my wife who is US citizen for the section that states: "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" (which one should be selected?):

naturalization

status as a permanent resident, or

other (specify)

On the example form for AOS it shows that the X is in the status as a permanent resident. Go to the top of the home page, click the tab example forms then scroll down to AOS and click on the G-325 form. I hope this helps.
