I-134 or I-864

Hello all,

My fiance is getting ready for his interview. Which affidavit of support form should I send him (134 or 864)? I am thinking it is I-134 but I just want to double check.

K-1 is I-134.

After marriage in the USA. When filing AOS you send the I-864.

Depends on the country involved. Some insist on the I-864 even though technically the K1 should only require the I-134.

See here: http://yaounde.usembassy.gov/iv_packet3.html it says you can email them to request a packet 3. That will tell you what Camaroon requires. If in doubt send both to her.

Ahhh then you should change your flag to UK because that's what's important, not the country of birth (if that's why it says Camaroon). You'll get more specific answers that way (because a LOT of the K1 is country dependant).
