another thing, does anyone know if should i send the ds3032 im the beneficiary without waiting for the email of the nvc? im planning to use the template here in vj.. thank u so much

My priority date is March 8 got NOA2 June 20th i still have none yet ... we'll have it soon .... the wait kills lmao

inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice.

Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approved petition

from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The NVC will contact

USCIS on your behalf for information on the location of this petition.

Anyone received same email?

Yes.. That seems to be the standard email back from nvcreceive@state.gov.. the next email (usually 24 hours later) will tell you it is "en route". I also have a 6/20 NOA2 - sent my email in on July 8th, received the email you did 48 hours later, then the "en router" 24 hours after that (which was last Wednesday morning).

I don't see that sending in the email has really made the process faster for anyone and there was a 6/20 NOA2 person that made it to NVC yesterday so hang in there...

Cheer up guys - a few NOA2 date 6/15, 6/16 and 6/17 guys got their case numbers yesterday/ today. So expect yours in 30 days but do your due deligence - send out email with a copy of NOA2 after 15 business days and keep calling at least the automated message daily.

Thanks for that !!! My husband jst called up USCIS OMG they told him they have 90 days to send whats the approved paper doing in the dark side of a room with mosquitoes lolz ....

Yeah they quoted that to me yesteday as well.. I explained to them I was not a K-1 and that I was not waiting for the case to get to the embassy for my interview date but that the case never even made it to the NVC in the first place.. He then said "oh! oh! sorry.. I misunderstood.. ok, you need to call the NVC, they should have received your case by now".

Thank you captain clueless.. I know they should have received it by now.. hence the reason I am calling you. How about you stick it in the mail?

When they quote the 90 days they are thinking from NOA2 to completion of NVC to the embassy.. "Please give 90 days" They are not used to having calls dealing with the fact that the paperwork never made it to NVC. They are assuming you are clueless to the process and are a K-1 waiting for the embassy piece.

A few NOA2 date 6/17 (Friday) got their case numbers today. It looks like the cases are being received at NVC after 10 days of pause. Has any NOA2 date 6/20 (Monday) got their case numbers!

Today we recieved another email saying---

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) contacted U.S.

Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) to locate your approved

petition. USCIS has informed the NVC, that your petition is en route to

the NVC. Once we have received your petition, the appropriate agent

will receive further instructions within 6 to 8 weeks.

I am convinced that the delay is not at NVC but at CSC only. NVC is processing all the cases sent to them by VSC.

I am of the opinion that CSC has moved all their staff (who ever is not gone on summer vacation) to I-130 processing/ approvals (due to some previous complaint). Since the dispatch department is also manned, we are all getting the NOA2 notices.

I think there in no or skeleton staff working on preparing the case papers ready (approvals) to be dispatched to NVC. Here they have a 30 days time cushion and hence we are seeing cases slowly getting to NVC around this timeframe.
