My guess is that the cases approved between 6/15 to 6/30 would be bundled and sent to NVC around 7/10. We should have good news next week - patience and positive approach are virtues.

10-07-13 - I-751 divorce filer paperwork journey begins

07-03-14 - ROC interview - approval pending delayed background checks

07-25-14 - APPROVED! 10 year GC is finally in production!

08-01-14 - 10 year GC in hand. The journey has finally ended. :)

You two are not the only ones still waiting. Be glad you are at CSC, those of us at VSC do not seem to have even budged in weeks.

USCIS: CR-1 Visa @ Vermont Service Center (Approved in 140 days from NOA1)

03/07/11: I-130 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

03/14/11: NOA1 via text and email (03/21/11: in the mail); petition routed to VSC

07/27/11: NOA2 via text and email (07/30/11: received in the mail)

08/01/11: Case received at NVC

09/19/11: Case complete and forwarded to consulate

10/19/11: Interview (APPROVED!!!)

Yes, there are some from March still waiting for approvals. CSC has approved even some April applications but they are piling up all the approvals since 6/15 and are not sending those to NVC. On the other hand VSC has been slow in approving I-130s but have benn sneding the cases to NVC in 3 - 4 days. So right now both look the same in terms of the time from NOA1 to receiving at NVC.
