My guess is that the cases approved between 6/15 to 6/30 would be bundled and sent to NVC around 7/10. We should have good news next week - patience and positive approach are virtues.

hey thank you navy k i really aprrecaite your help but you know how it is so what do i look for in G325A what kind of error man you got approved in 90 days that is buggig me and i am at 120 days and still no NOA2 yet so what to do now tell me with G325A

The next wait is for NVC to receive the papers from USCIS. While VSC is pretty good, the CSC is not that good. Guys with NOA2 dates of June first/second weeks are still waiting for their papers to be received at NVC. All the best - share if you are a CSC guy and got your case number from NVC.

I was of the lucky March Filers. I sent my I-130 on March 18 via USPS and received it on March 21. Approved NOA2 on May 27. The only delay was transferring my petition papers from USCIS to NVC. When I submit my I-130 i only sent a photocopy of our Marriage Certificate, photocopy of her Birth Certificate, her 2 passport photos, G325A form. Biographic photocopy of my US passport. I was really surprised that it was so fast and no RFE letter... God is really good!

The one month advantage is eaten off my a month time CSC took to send the case to NVC. Still you are good with priority date of 3/18, you are in NVC process now.

MY priority date is 3/23, got NOA2 on 6/21 and am waiting for the case to be received at NVC. Our wait already is 15 days and hope we get it soon - CSC seems pretty bad with sending cases to NVC.

All the best all others waiting for their approved cases be sent to NVC. There is light at the end of the tunnel - right now the length of the tunnel seems to be long for us.

If you are lucky you case may be sent to NVC along with all of us. Else you wait could be 10 - 21 Business Days. Doesn't really matter - you can work on your DS-230/ I-864 document gathering.

hey,

i'm new here. we sent our I130 off 18th of march, NOA1 22th of march....Got approved June 24th (checked the case status on the uscis page). My husband called the Nvc yesterday, they still couldnt tell us no case number. So today i sent them an email, asking for the case number, and gave them our email addys....waiting :)
