Hi everyone,

It has been almost a month since USCIS received my I-751. I got NOA-1 a couple of days later after sending out the application. However, I cannot check my status online. Every time I tried putting in the receipt number it tells me my case cannot be found. How soon should my case appear online after filing?

wait until you get your biometrics letter about 30 days from the receipt date on your NOA1.

Only then can you checkt he status of your application online or over the phone.

I'm currently waiting on mine. my NOA receipt date is March 9, filed at VSC, and still no letter for biometrics :(

You have to receive you Biometrics letter,and u have a new "Application number" which you going to use to check you status..You dont use you receipt number to check your status..

P.S Read your Noa letter carefully,it says all the way on the bottom about it..

I filed on March 29th, was hoping to get my appointment letter by the end of this month. But it looks like I'm gonna have to wait a lot longer :(

Mine never showed up, even after I got my NOA. Whenever I checked online, it always said my case cannot be found. I did call to make sure they were still working on it, but it never showed up. I just had to wait for the letters in the mail. My case is approved now.
