That's somewhat odd since they are very prompt at returning calls (within 24 hours or so). The number listed on the Panel Physician website is correct.

Another option (which I acutally did since I was tired of playing phone tag) is to e-mail them directly. Include your name, contact info, the date of your interview, and indicate you want to book an appointment at their Toronto location.

Their e-mail address is panel.physicians@panelphysicians.com

Try calling and leaving another voicemail. As GLo said, it's very strange, as they generally call back quite promptly. Made your message got lost. I would just try again :)

I left 8 different voice mails for them and they never once returned my call.

I ended up going to Medisys in Montreal instead.

This is exactly what happened to me as well. I even emailed them with all of my information, they emailed me back asking which date for an exam I'd like, only to tell me at the end of the email conversation that I'd have to call to book an appointment! That was enough for me and I called Medisys.

Medisys in Montreal answered their phone right away and booked me. I had my medical exam on Monday morning and the results are already in my hand.

I emailed them about a month and a half ago and had my medical this morning. I just told them I tried calling and was hesitant to leave a voice mail since I am never home during the day as I work and I am unable to accept calls there (well I can but half the time we are too busy to answer the phone ourselves!). They just responded, asking when I wanted it and I told them when was good for me and they wrote back and said it was booked.

Speaking of which...was anyone from here getting their medical done today in Toronto?
