I applied for the K-1 Fiance Visa last month and have received my NOA1. I want my fiance and I to begin preparing documents for his interview. On USCIS's website, I found this list of required documents. Is there anything to add/remove? Should I also give him a copy of my K-1 package contents?

1. Two (2) Nonimmigrant Visa Applications, Form DS-156 (prepared in duplicate).

2. One (1) Nonimmigrant Fiancé(e) Visa Application, Form DS-156K

3. A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S.

4. Birth certificate

5. Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor

6. Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for 6 months or more since age 16

7. Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below)

8. Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support)

9. Two (2) 2x2 photographs.

10. Evidence of relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e)

11. Payment of fees

Hey, my fiance (Matt), when he sent our package, he made a copy petition, with everything he sent to USCIS. He's coming to Brazil and will leave it with me, so, for the interview, whatever they request I'll have it here, plus the other documents and forms they really need. Guess it's a good idea to leave a copy petition with your fiance, just in case. Good luck!
