Yes - as soon as London logs your case, you can submit your packet 3.

Don't wait on the letter to arrive in the post; it takes ages!

DS-230 Part 1 only (pages 1&2) sign it; DS-156 2 copies, sign it; DS-156K 1 copy, do not sign it; DS-157 2 copies.

Also if you are ready to proceed for an interview, include DS-2001.

No need to send any evidence in with Packet 3. Take the I-134 & transcripts etc with you to interview.

Once I get the LND number can I book my medical, or should I wait for embassy to receive. I ask because what if I call medical and they offer me next day or few days, and embassy still to process the package.

As soon as your case had been logged by London, book your medical. You can call the DOS to find out of London has logged your case.

The reason for this is that you medical will likely be at least a week away (you might be lucky and get it soon!) and it takes several days for the Embassy to receive your medical results.

Don't necessarily book it as soon as you get your case number because your want your details to be in London's system.
