If I have a police caution from april 2008 for petty theft does that mean I may need to file a waiver at some point? It never went to court or anything like that and never had my finger prints taken. I just had to attend the police station on a set date and sign a caution. I'm not even sure if this means I was arrested or not.

Im not sure about the question but i did look this up and found this answer for you as to exactly what police caution in England means...
