Hi, I had a co-worker tell me about this site and I have found some useful information here. I've looked through some of the guides, but I can't find is specific information on what to give to my fiancée before the interview. They have approved our I-129F recently.

My fiancée lives in Cambodia and waiting for me to finish my part of the paperwork. She got mailed some paperwork the other week. They are the following:

Letter with info

OF-169

DS-230

DS-156K

DS-157

I-134

I-864P

Medical Exam Instructions

Photo Requirements

I heard the DS-157 is ONLY for males, so I'm assuming it's safe to ignore that. The confusing part is the I-134. I currently do not meet the 125% poverty line (Our household is 4 members.) I was told my Dad can co-sign with me, so does this mean he has to do the I-134 or do I have to fill it out? He is also retired as of March 2009.

I'm also not sure if we have to do the I-864 and I-864A because those forms seem to fit my situation better, but my fiancée isn't my relative. I was told I should just fill out all three just in case. Do I really need to?

What kind of evidence are they looking for on these forms exactly? W-2 tax forms? 1040s? Pay stubs? I've read elsewhere on these forums that people have gotten bank statements through their bank directly. Will the ones I get monthly in the mail work? I'm assuming they want originals of the I-134/864s. Are photocopies of the evidence okay?

Sorry that I have so many questions. My fiancée has been nagging me the last few days to get it done and I told her I would but I am a bit confused right now. We have until June to get all of this stuff in before her interview. Thanks in advance! (and again if I get any answers.)
