Hello all visajourney members. I have a question. My aunt recently became a permanent resident in december through marriage. She was here unlawfully but was grandfathered in through the 245i petiition beack in april of 2001 when my other aunt a US citizen filed for her. OK the question is that my PR aunt has a 27 year old daughter that never got anything when my aunt got her PR status. Is there anyway the she can petition for her to get her PR status as well? My cousin (her daughter) was also included in that petition back in 2001 so she still would qulaify to adjust status correct? if anyone with some information would get back to me asap it would be greatly appreciated thank you all so much.
