very confusing at NVC. please anyone who knows what this means....

Hi

WE recieved an RFE from NVC on Jan 21

WE sent the missing docs on Feb 8

I called 10 days ago and AVR said case complete

After a week passed I called again and AVR said : We received your checklist on Feb 28, please allow 6-8 weeks........etc

I called and spoke with the operator and she said they received the documents and they are qualified but they are waiting for the other files in line - which she explained the files for my children which are in the petition too

(IR1 for spouse USC and step children-my children)

I asked the paralegal of our case if that makes sense, she said it is strange because the file is together and all the evidence are the same evidence....

(this law firm gave us a lot of trouble and delays...) and they are probably just waiting for a date in the embassy

and that she also spoke with them and the case was complete at Feb 28

Now I know from other couples that case was complete at march and they already received interview date (same embassy)

I called again today, put in my number the AVR says: we received the checklist on Feb 28,please allow......

put my children number and AVR said: we sent a checklist on Jan 21.....(the old message before we sent the missing docs..)

does anyone have any explanation for this??? what is going on?

this is certainly driving us crazy....
