Hi,

So I should probably know this, and I THINK that I do, but it never hurts to get more info/advice.

I am awaiting the NOA2. Once it gets sent to London, I need to send my paperwork to my fiance. I obviously need to complete a I-134 form, and I already have my tax papers from 2007 (perhaps an overkill), I will get a letter from my employer, pay stubs. I dont think I am going to include bank statements.

Tha fact is...I dont make enought to sponsor with my daughter for 3 people. I am $3000 short. So I will need a co sponsor. If my parents agree to co sponsor what will they need to complete? The same exact thing? I ask because I wasnt sure if they fill out a complete and seperate I-134 form....or is there a I-134a form or something. Also they are retired...so do they need to submit copies of social security they receice and/or retirement payments?

Thank you!

They would fill out the same form as you would (I-134) and include their own evidence for income/assets used.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
